Payment, shipping & commission terms.

All online Checkout prices are shown in EUR. Where an item is available to purchase through the website, the exact VAT-inclusive amount is shown before you pay.

Every guitar is individual. The price, availability and payment option shown on its Shop listing are the details that apply to that instrument at the time of Checkout.

Online payments are processed on Stripe’s secure hosted Checkout page. Mediterranean Blue Guitars does not receive or store your card number, security code or card expiry details.

Once Stripe confirms a full purchase, the guitar is reserved for you and removed from sale. I will then contact you personally to arrange the next steps.

A full purchase through Checkout is for the guitar described on that individual Shop listing. Please take the time to read the specification and ask any questions before completing payment.

Worldwide postage is not included in the guitar price at Checkout. Checkout securely collects your delivery address and phone number; after purchase, I will agree the protected delivery service and cost with you, then send a separate Stripe payment request before dispatch.

A €500 commission deposit secures your place for a custom Mediterranean Blue build. It is non-refundable.

The deposit begins a conversation; it does not set a final guitar specification, total build price or completion date. Those details are agreed directly and confirmed in writing before the work moves forward.

Shipping is calculated after purchase because a guitar deserves the right protection, carrier and route. The cost depends on the destination and service required, and is agreed with you before a separate secure postage payment request is sent.

Dispatch is arranged only once that postage payment has cleared. If collection or another delivery arrangement is agreed, I will confirm the practical details with you directly. Please do not arrange collection or assume a dispatch date until you have heard from me.

If you need to discuss a change, cancellation or refund for a full guitar purchase, contact me as soon as possible at medbluegtrs@gmail.com. I will deal with it directly and fairly, without affecting any rights that apply to you by law.

Commission deposits remain non-refundable. If you are unsure about a guitar, a payment or the commission process, please get in touch before paying. A good build starts with a good conversation.
